Tournament Rules
100 golfer maximum (on first come, first served basis). Register early!!
Shotgun Tournament Format
12:00 Noon: Registration table at Pro Shop available for check-in.
Driving range available for warm-up. Tournament lunch special at Clubhouse for those needing a bite before their round.
2:00 pm: First group tees off.
2:13 pm: Last group tees off.
5:30 - 7:00 pm: Happy hour in Clubhouse restaurant! Putting and chipping contest on practice green.
7:00 pm: Barbecue dinner served on Clubhouse patio.
7:30 pm: Prizes and awards.

Cost $200.00
Registration includes: green fees, pull-cart (if desired), 1/2 bucket of practice balls, free drink at halfway house, free drink token for Happy Hour, barbecue dinner.
Registration forms and payment must be received before Jul 27th, 2005
Note: Players canceling after payment is received will forfeit their registration fee.
Single Entry
Cost: $75.00 per person

Requested playing partners will not be guaranteed. Players will be grouped to best suit scramble format.

- NO JEANS OF ANY COLOR OR STYLE MAY BE WORN AT ANY TIME AT BEAR CREEK.
Appropriate golf attire must be worn at all times: Shirts must have collars and sleeves. Shorts must be Bermuda length.
- Soft spikes preferred. Exceptions should be made prior to event.
- No food or beverage is allowed on the golf course or in the clubhouse except that which is provided by Bear Creek.
- Range will open two hours prior to shotgun starting time.
- Golf carts must remain on paths at all times.
520 Directions
From Seattle take I-520 East towards Bellevue/Redmond. Continue until I-520 changes into surface streets and becomes Avondale Road NE (approximately five miles from the 405/520 interchange). Continue on Avondale Road for 3 1/2 miles then turn right on NE 132nd ST and drive 1/4 mile. Turn right on NE 133rd ST (just past the fire station on your right) and drive 1/2 mile to the Bear Creek entrance on your left (1/4 mile past the Tuscany development).
124th Street Directions
Exit from I-405 on NE 124th Street and head East. Continue on NE 124th ST for 5 miles to Avondale Road, and turn left at the "T" intersection. On Avondale, take your first right which is NE 132nd ST and drive 1/4 mile. Turn right on NE 133rd ST (just past the fire staion on your right) and drive 1/2 mile to the Bear Creek entrance on your left (1/4 mile past the Tuscany development).
